October 13, 2017 in Paul Fittipaldi, RAD by Radrepresents

Based in Brooklyn, New York, Paul Fittipaldi is a multidisciplinary artist and father to very important kitty Princess Baby. We met over 8 years ago (eek!) and I was instantly attracted to his art work and discerning taste.  Paul is not only responsible for my RAD branding make over earlier this year – he has officially joined the RAD team !!!

Paul is currently obsessed with the vastly expanding terrain for the circulation of ideas and images and he creates humorous and poignant animation, calligraphy, drawings and photographs to complement these new media outlets. His work is a wonderful mix of energy, style and wit.

I am so thrilled to share his work and collaborate on future projects. Please take a peek at his incredible work!!!

Hollis Bennett for National Geographic!!!

October 5, 2017 in Hollis Bennett, new work, RAD by Radrepresents

When National Geographic asks if you want to go on a 5 day road trip capturing farmers and their corn crops – the RAD Hollis Bennett says hell yes!  Tasked with shooting a series of profiles on selected corn farmers in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Ohio in partnership with the National Corn Growers Association – Hollis hopped in his truck with his assistant / BFF, a creative director and a schedule of families to meet and capture.  Most people will think that shooting unending rows of corn would be pretty much the most boring thing ever but alas, this is what gets Hollis out of bed in the morning!  Hollis loved telling tell the story of real folks who live and breathe corn farming, and the end result is fantastic.  Take a peek at the images below and see more on Hollis Bennett’s brand new site!!!!

“The light was excellent and the hospitality legendary.  The road was long (3500 miles give or take) and the hours longer but being able to work with people who are passionate about what they do was a real treat.”  – Hollis Bennett

Hollis Bennett for Land Rover + Travel Channel

August 25, 2017 in chicago, Hollis Bennett, lifestyle, natural landscape, new work, outdoors, photography, RAD, rad represents, Uncategorized by Radrepresents

We are SO excited to share the recent body of work RAD artist Hollis Bennett made for Land Rover and Travel Channel.  Shot this in tandem with a broadcast team, Hollis did what he does best and created a HUGE library of drop dead gorgeous images… and made it look easy.  The conditions for the shoot were adverse, to say the least, going from extreme cold in a blizzard 7000 ft up in Oregon (in summer!) to the High Desert heat of the Grand Canyon in Arizona.  Hollis said it was a blast (he does love a challenging location…) but I’m glad I got to stay home! This is one of MANY projects we’ve had in the works in the past months shot with a light footprint and small crew, moving fast and working in tandem with a separate video production or Hollis’s own motion team.  We’ve become experts at capturing a ton, keeping things simple, moving fast and rolling with the punches — all while creating beautiful content. Visit the RAD site to see more, and stay tuned for the bananas amount of new work we have to share!!!!

Can’t wait to share even more from our recent projects with National Geographic, Cub Cadet and Honda!!!

Notes from RAD photographer Hollis Bennett!!!

August 16, 2017 in Hollis Bennett, new work, photography, RAD by Radrepresents

RAD photographer Hollis Bennett sat down and wrote about his amazing experience photographing high above the Yukon Valley.  Please read, and see BTS photos, below! Want to see more of Hollis’s incredible work?  Visit the RAD site!

“Recently I got a call from the Travel Channel and they needed me on a shoot outside of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory Canada – an old haunt of mine in my former, pre photography life. While none of my old buddies were around, I was able to find a guy with a plane willing to take me and my cameras up for a bit of shooting.  Its amazing how vast The North is and the only way to see it is from a small plane cruising slow at 500’.  At this height you can see foot prints in the snow, old mining camps and the various animals that call the area home.  You can see the ripples on the lakes and the fish holding in the rivers.  The landscape unfolds below you like a a well worn map unfurled on a table and the best part about it all is that there is no one else around.  Wide open spaces and complete solitude – its good for the soul and not too shabby for the creative process as well… “

Hollis Bennett wows with STUNNING new aerials of the Yukon for Travel Channel!!!!
